We conduct group dance classes in Jumeirah Lake Tower – Dubai for Salsa, Bachata, Jive and Tango.
Our group Classes for any dance form has 4 levels.

Level 1 - Beginner Level (1 Month)
- Introduction to the footwork, musicality and partnerwork
- For Jive dance classes we teach you the Pre bronze syllabus of the UK based syllabus
Level 2 - Improvers (1 month
- The bronze level syllabus
- You can dance simple permutations of the beginner and semi inter level
- Stylising for the girls is introduced in a methodical structured way.
Level 3 - Intermediate (2-3 Months)
- The Silver level Syllabus
- Complex groups are introduced
- Students are encouraged to create their own routines
- Concepts based teaching where you understand the routines better
Level 4 - Advanced (Open)
- The Gold level syllabus
- Change of timing and variation in footwork and routines
- Professional stylising
- By now students can comfortably dance to a song
- The students can play with timings in a single bar and make their own advanced routines
- Interpretation of songs
At VR DanceWorld in Jumeirah Lake Tower – Dubai the group sizes are small for safety and security purposes. This also enables us to give individual attention. Social distancing is followed. One is encouraged to come with their own partner. Santizers and masks are compulsory.

Group dance classes are a great place to learn, enjoy, network, increase your confidence, etc. Group dance classes changes your mood & quickly brings you to action mode seeing all other students as the studio is filled with high energy & vibes. And it is rightly said that energy & vibes are infectious. That does not mean that private classes less better but it is just that group dance classes has its own benefits.
Clothes that you are comfortable in & that do not restrict your movement will be fine. Carrying an additional shirt & deo in summers is recommended! Shoes with a smooth sole that does not slip & at the same time make it easy to spin & turn are preferred.
Dance is an ageless form of expressing yourself. It is the most timeless & natural form of self expression. People from any age group can join our group dance class. However, to categorize & partner better we have separate classes for adults & kids.
Anything that does not restrict your movement & makes you feel comfortable will be good enough! Dance shoes are recommended for things to go smooth but only invest in them once your are sure of dancing for at least a few months.
